Using Print Base Prices

1. At the Item field enter the item code or item maskA mask is used to conduct a wild card search. Visually a mask is represented by a series of forward slash marks (///), sometimes with a letter, letters, or number(s) preceding it (1/// or AB///). For example, if you enter ////////, this indicates that you want to list all items defined in the system. If you enter in 1//1//1/, this indicates that you want the system to list items that have the digit "1" in those locations. for the item(s) to include the base selling prices report. You may also enter "//////" to print all items on the base selling prices report.

2. Command options will appear:

• Prices 1-4(A) – Select Prices 1-4(A) to print base selling prices 1-4.
• Prices 5-8(B) – Select Prices 5-8(B) to print base selling prices 5-8.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit the Print Base Prices option to return to the Sales menu.

Scroll to the base prices category to print and press Enter to select.

4. A Select A Price Master window appears:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit the Print Base Prices option and return to the Sales menu.
• ALL – Select ALL to select all price masters defined in the system.
• A list of price masters.

Select one, several, or ALL price masters from the list of price masters.

5. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The Print Base Price report includes the following information:

• Grp – The item group for the item
• Item Description – The item name
• The invoicing unit of measure
• Base Price 1-4 or 5-8 – The current base price 1-4 or 5-8 for the item(s) and the gross profit percent based on the current cost of the item
• Set – The current price master assigned to the item.
